Alchemilla mollis - Lady's-mantle

continental : Avoid too much sunny locations, preferring semishady places.
There are not big problems to grow these plants, since they can easily tolerate also very intense frosts.

alpine : For a balanced growth and in order to avoid leaves sunburns place this plant in a semishady location.
They are rustic plants that tolerate frost very well; therefore they can be grown outside all year long.

mediterranean : It is suggested to place the Alchemilla mollis in a semishady location, away from direct sunlight for most part of the day.
This plant is very rustic and tolerate winter climate without any problem.

Fertilize Alchemilla mollis : We suggest slow-release fertilizers to be used for medical plants; the slow dissolving of these fertilizers ensures a constant fertilizing for about 4 months; therefore provide the first fertilizing at the end of winter and one at the end of summer.

continental : Waterings shall be generous and very regular, specially in summer; avoid to allow soil to become completely dry. When autumn starts decrease waterings and suspend them in winter.

alpine : Keep the soil mostly humid, remember to water it generously and regularly. In autumn and winter waterings can be occasional.
