Buxus sempervirens - Common box

continental : We suggest to place The Buxus sempervirens where it is exposed to direct sunlight.
We can place this plants outside; also in winter they can tolerate very rigid temperatures without any problem.

alpine : Place The Buxus sempervirens in a location exposed to direct sunlight.
These plants can tolerate also very intense frosts without any problem.

mediterranean : These plants need to be exposed to direct sunlight; in summer they can be exposed to a slight shadow without any problem.
Place The Buxus sempervirens in the garden all year long; they do not suffer from cold.

Feed Buxus sempervirens : Fertilize our shrubs using an organic fertilizer or a slow-release granular fertilizer, intervening at the end of winter and at the end of summer. Use potassium-rich fertilizers for our flowering plants, nitrogen-rich fertilizer for green plants.

continental : Give very regular waterings; all year long the soil shall be kept humid, however avoiding dangerous stagnations. Increase waterings in summer and decrease them when autumn starts.

Adversity Buxus sempervirens : At the end of winter, when the buds are still closed, we can apply a copper and sulphur treatment, to avoid fungal diseases to emerge; during the year apply specific treatments only in case there is the presence of a parasite on the plant.
