mediterranean : The Cornus canadensis needs very regular and generous waterings; give a good amount of water every week from March to October, but remember to allow the soil to dry out between two waterings. During very cold months or particularly rainy periods we can avoid watering.

Treatments Cornus canadensis : When spring starts apply a copper and sulphur treatment to avoid the growth of fungal diseases; in summer it can be necessary to use pesticide treatments, specially for the presence of aphids. Check the foliage colour all year long: if it becomes particularly yellowish give it iron chelate products against the ferric chlorosis.
