Exposure Corylopsis paucifloracontinental : Place The Corylopsis pauciflora in a semishady place, with few hours a day of direct sunlight. alpine : These plants do not like to be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. mediterranean : These plants prefer semishady locations, but can be exposed for few hours to direct sunlight without any problem, above all during the coldest periods of the year. Fertilization Corylopsis pauciflora : At the end of winter bury an organic fertilizer at the base of the plant, or a slow-release granular fertilizer, we can intervene again at the end of summer. Acidophil plants may need 2-3 supplies of greening fertilizer during the year, every 3-4 months. Watering Corylopsis paucifloracontinental : Remember to water The Corylopsis pauciflora only when the soil is dry. During waterings try to dampen deeply the substrate, avoiding to drench it excessively. alpine : The Corylopsis pauciflora prefer fresh but not soaked soils, therefore water only when the soil has been dry for few days; providing more frequent waterings in summer and avoid to give water in winter or during the coldest periods of the year. mediterranean : The Corylopsis pauciflora needs very regular and generous waterings; give a good amount of water every week from March to October, but remember to allow the soil to dry out between two waterings.
