continental : We suggest to place the Fragaria × ananassa where it is exposed to direct sunlight.
We can place this plants outside; also in winter they can tolerate very rigid temperatures without any problem.

alpine : Place the Fragaria × ananassa in a location exposed to direct sunlight.
These plants can tolerate also very intense frosts without any problem.

mediterranean : These plants need to be exposed to direct sunlight; in summer they can be exposed to a slight shadow without any problem.
Place the Fragaria × ananassa in the garden all year long; they do not suffer from cold.

Feed Fragaria × ananassa : Fruit plants are fertilized starting from the end of winter, preferably using an organic fertilizer. Later on, in late spring, give a slow-release potassium-rich fertilizer, to improve the growth of fruits.

Adversity Fragaria × ananassa : Fruit plants are often attacked by many parasites; as far as insects are concerned apply specific treatments avoiding to do it during blossoming. At the end of winter and in autumn spray the whole plant with a broad-spectrum fungicide.
